Jameson Country Cottages


It was the "Jameson Raid" that took place close to our farm that inspired the name, Jameson Country Cottages.

We have six beautifully appointed Victorian styled self-catering units,  which can comfortably accommodate up to 18 people.

All the units are furnished individually, and have a homely feel.  Some units have items from the owner's personal collection of antiques and other interesting collectables. All the cottages are individually furnished with cane, oregon and wrought iron.

Relax and enjoy the fresh country air for a weekend or even a few days and explore what the Magaliesburg and surrounds have to offer. We have a pool where you can spend hours lounging and taking in the rays, or on cold winter nights you can snuggle up in front of your fireplace or oil heater.

Price

  • Unit 1: Sleeps 3, King Bed & single day bed (Same room) African theme under thatch with thick stonewalls. Oregon and granite kitchen. Victorian Bath with Sep Shower. Private Braai on patio. TV with M-net and direct access to pool. Min Two adults and one child

  • Unit 2 is R450pppn (accommodates 2 adults with two children under 14 years of age, kids R 150.00 each per night) No more than two adults are permitted to share unless part of a group booking of 12 or more people for the whole venue.
  • Units 3 and 5 R350pppn (2 people)
  • Units 4 and 6 R450pppn (same as number 2 with sleeper couches)
  • R150 extra per person if making use of the sleeper couch
  • Please note that the venue requires full payment upfront as well as a R200 key deposit.

  • Cottage 2: Sleeps 4, King-size Bed, Sleeper couch in lounge, dining room, Large Patio with Braai. Best View.Oregon and granite Kitchen with oven. Victorian Bath.Corner Fire Place.TV with M-net
  • Cottages 3 & 5: Twin or King size beds comfortable private studio. Good value. Oregon and granite galley kitchen open plan. Beautiful Bathroom with shower only. Braai on patio. TV with M-net. Sleeps 2
  • Cottages 4 & 6: Sleeps 4, King Bed & sleeper couch. Sleeper couch in lounge with open plan dining room and kitchen. Large Patio with Braai. Oregon and granite Kitchen with oven. Victorian Bath with Sep Shower. Fire place.
  • SLEEPER COUCHES available in Cottages 1/2/4/6 OR FOLDING BEDS available in Cottages 1/2/4/6
