Price

• Rates are available on request and are according to cottage, number of people, age of children and season.
  
• Please note rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  
• A 50% deposit is required on booking - balance is payable on arrival, cheque or cash. No credit card facilities. One night bookings are subject to a surcharge
  
• Due to the electrical and other equipment in the cottages, a deposit of R100 is required on arrival, which is refundable on departure. Sorry, it's the few who spoil it for the many!
  
• CHECK IN TIME: Normally 10h00 unless cottages need servicing.
  
• CHECK OUT TIME: 15h00 - summer, and 14h00 - winter. please advise us ½ hr before you vacate the cottage.
  
• GATE CLOSING TIME: 21h00

• No. 2 HOOPOE: Thatched, open plan three sleeper with cot. Single beds next to each other, third bed separate. Bath, pretty garden view. Braai. Ideal for 3 adults & a baby, 2 adults & 1 child or 2 adults, 1 child and a baby.
• No. 3 BARBET: Thatched, separate bedroom, three sleeper. Double bed in bedroom, single bed in adjoining room. Bath, pretty garden view. Braai. Ideal for either:- 2 adults or 2 adults & 1 child.
• No.4 ORIOLE: Two bedroom four or five sleeper. Double bed in one room, double & single in other room. En suite bathroom. Bath & shower. Stunning mountain views. Braai. Ideal for a family or two couples.
• No.5 PARADISE FLYCATCHER: Exactly as Oriole above, with different colour schemes in bedrooms. Braai
• No. 6 BEE-EATER: (NO CHILDREN UNDER 13 PERMITTED) One bedroom, two/three sleeper. Double bed in bedroom, single bed in lounge enclave which forms an integral part of lounge area. En suite bathroom. • No. 7 KINGFISHER: (NO CHILDREN UNDER 13 PERMITTED) Exactly as Bee-Eater above, with different colour schemes (lounge & bedroom). The highest cottage with stunning mountain & river views. Braai.
• No. 8 BLACK EAGLE: Spacious two bedroom six sleeper. Double & single bed in each room. Bath & shower. Garden view. Ideal for large family or friends. Braai.
• Being a designated Nature Reserve, no pets are allowed
