The food at Budmarsh is not to be forgotten! Our executive chef, Zhan Steyn, was recently invited to become a member of the Chaine Des Rotisseur Chefs’ Association. His flare for creating unusual and imaginative cuisine leaves guests talking about their meals long after their departure from the lodge. Each meal is a unique gourmet experience, with all meals being individually prepared and presented.  Dinner is a six course set menu, and if you have any special meal requirements we will cater for these accordingly. A full breakfast is served in the mornings.
