No crowds, no traffic jams, no electric fences or high walls, just nature...  In a woodland valley, between a tranquil stream and the foothills of the ancient Magaliesburg Mountains, lies Saamrus.  We provide private, self catering cottages where your pets are also welcome.  All cottages are individualy fenced. Enjoy the river walks, go on a 3 hour hike in the hills, or just relax, look at the view, listen to the birds, read a book...

Price

  • •Normal rate: R350 per person per night sharing
    •Extra persons sleeping in the lounge: R250 per person per night.
    •Children 12 - 18 y: R250 per night.
    •Children under 12, occupying beds: R175 per night.
    •A minimum of two nights stay required on weekends.
    •On long weekends, the full number of nights must be booked.
    •On weekends, a minimum charge per cottage (equal to two adults sharing), applies.
    •Low Season Midweek rate: R250 per person per night (min two nights)
    •Low Season Midweek single rate: R350 per night (min two nights).
    •Pets stay for free!
    •To secure a booking, at least 50% deposit is required within 48 hours after booking.

PLEASE NOTE:
The majority of venues will require a 2 night stay over weekends and a minimum stay of 3-4 nights over a long weekend. Once a reservation has been made with Unwind, a deposit must be paid by the due date (usually within 12hrs) and proof of payment must be sent to either Unwind or the venue. Without the deposit or proof of payment received by the due date, Unwind and the venue concerned cannot hold the reservation. Full details will be supplied, along with directions, once you make your reservation.
