Having worked for two and a half years in France ensured that Chris has a deep understanding of and a passion for fine dining. While Chris's style is eclectic he loves to use the freshest ingredients especially fresh herbs which delicately balance flavours.Dinner is a six course set menu, and if you have any special meal requirements we will cater for these accordingly. A full breakfast is served in the mornings.
